India, with its vast population and thousands of villages, remains one of the most underserved regions socially and spiritually. Many communities have never experienced the hope and renewal that strong faith-based communities can bring. Hope India Mission (HIM) is dedicated to transforming lives by planting vibrant faith communities, raising leaders, and meeting practical needs with compassion.

What We Do

• Planting House Churches: We start small fellowships in homes, allowing faith to grow naturally in close-knit settings.
• Building Full-Fledged Churches: As fellowships grow, we develop permanent worship centers that also serve as hubs for discipleship, youth programs, and community outreach. To date, 200+ central churches have been established across India.
• Supporting Native Missionaries: More than 200 full-time missionaries, along with hundreds of volunteers, are trained and sent to regions where they can serve effectively, understanding the local culture and language.
• Organizing Seminars & Crusades: We host faith-building crusades, regional seminars, and revival meetings that encourage, inspire, and bring communities together.
• Creating Worship & Community Hubs: Our central facilities provide spaces for worship, leadership training, and community development programs.
• Multilingual Worship: We conduct gatherings and services in Hindi, English, Nepali, Bhojpuri, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Oriya, Santhali, and other local dialects to connect with India’s diverse communities.

Raising Faithful Leaders for India

At Hope India Mission (HIM), we believe the strength of a movement lies in the leaders who carry its vision forward. Our calling is to equip, mentor, and empower men and women of faith to become pastors, missionaries, educators, and community leaders who can bring spiritual, social, and cultural transformation across India.

Through TheoTech College and a wide range of leadership programs, we provide a dynamic combination of biblical teaching, practical ministry experience, and specialized training to create leaders who serve with excellence and compassion.

What We Do

• Bible & Ministry Training: TheoTech College offers regular 3-year Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) and 1-year Diploma in Theology (D.Th.) programs, blending theological depth with hands-on ministry.
• Leadership Development: Intensive seminars, workshops, and mentorship sessions prepare leaders to guide house churches, start full-fledged worship centers, and lead community initiatives.
• Equipping Native Missionaries: We raise leaders who deeply understand their own cultural and linguistic context, ensuring they can reach people where others cannot.
• Specialized Skills Training: We focus on discipleship, public speaking, counseling, and conflict resolution, alongside leadership strategies for community transformation.
• Mentorship & Multiplication: Leaders are trained to mentor and multiply others, ensuring a continuous chain of servant-leaders across India.

The Mother of All Social & Community Initiatives

Project Impact is the central framework under which Hope India Mission manages all its social outreach, community transformation, and development programs. It ensures that every village we serve experiences holistic growth—covering education, health, livelihood, and community empowerment—while also supporting the establishment of strong local fellowships and churches.

What We Offer

Through our Child Care Project, we provide holistic care to orphaned and vulnerable children in our two orphanages: the Barnabas Home for boys and the Esther Home for girls. This includes safe shelter, nutritious meals, clothing, education, and healthcare.

The Freedom Center at Vision Center is a lifeline for widows and underprivileged women... This center provides them with an opportunity to learn skills that can help them earn a livelihood on their own.

Non-Formal Learning

Who We Serve: We are dedicated to providing free education to school dropouts, illiterate adults, and marginalized children from poor families who would otherwise have no access to learning.
