Vision 2025-2027: The AIM Movement

With 65% of its population under 35, India is at a critical turning point. The AIM (Abide In Me) Movement is our three-year initiative designed to meet this urgent need by mentoring a new generation. We aim to empower them to become a transformative presence for Christ, primarily within their existing professional careers and communities.

Our Goal (2025-2027)

• Training Goal: To spiritually equip 2,000 young people each year, training a total of 6,000 youths.
• Impact Goal: These 6,000 trained youths will be equipped to reach a minimum of 21,000 other youths with the gospel.
• Children's Outreach: They will reach 10,000 children each year, impacting a total of 30,000 children by the end of 2027 through community programs and VBS.

Our Holistic Method

The "equipping" process is a holistic development program focused on spiritual depth and practical application of faith in the real world... Each year, 2,000 participants will go through:

• Intensive Training Camps: Focused gatherings for deep spiritual teaching, leadership principles, and building a strong peer network.
• Practical Ministry Workshops: Hands-on training in key areas like youth mentorship, leading worship, teaching children, and sharing their faith effectively.
• Marketplace Ministry Training: Equips young leaders to integrate their faith directly into their daily work and studies.

The Empowered Dual Calling

Our goal is to prepare youth for a "dual calling," where they are empowered to serve God in their professions as bi-vocational ministers. Their career becomes their ministry platform, equipping them to be ethical, compassionate, and influential servant leaders in their chosen fields.
