Since May 3, the violence has resulted in at least 100 deaths, widespread displacement of thousands of people, and the destruction of more than 300 churches. Complicity of state forces has raised concerns about the impartiality of authorities. Urgent international intervention is needed to address the escalating violence, ensure protection for the affected communities, and push for accountability. |  | | The persecution in Manipur has created a dire situation, with the targeted Christian community facing relentless attacks and displacement. The destruction of churches, the targeting of Christian converts, and the alleged collusion between radical groups and state forces reflect an alarming annihilation agenda. International attention and pressure are required to halt the violence, conduct impartial investigations, and hold perpetrators accountable. It is essential to foster religious tolerance, protect the rights of all individuals, and work towards peaceful coexistence in Manipur. Please continue to pray for Manipur. | Hope India Mission's VBS Program Impacting Thousands of Children Across India | Our ongoing Vacation Bible School (VBS) program conducted by Hope India Mission is making a significant impact on the lives of children across 130 locations in 13 states throughout India. With the theme "Born to Win" the program has alredy reached over 15,000 children, providing them with a transformative experience of learning about Jesus and experiencing the joy of Christian fellowship. Through engaging Bible lessons, interactive games, creative activities, and vibrant worship sessions, our dedicated team of 900 trained VBS leaders and 30 B.Th students are instrumental in facilitating a meaningful and enriching experience for the children. Many children have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, forging a personal relationship with Him and spreading His love within their families and communities. We are grateful to our supporters for their contributions and prayers, which have made this program possible and continue to enable us to reach out to more children, equipping them to walk with Jesus and make a lasting difference in their communities. | | FROM DARKNESS TO HOPE & LIGHT A Daughter's Newfound Faith also Leads to her Mother's Transformation |  | | Tara Khatoon, a Muslim girl plagued by a severe stomach disease, discovered hope and healing in an unexpected encounter with a follower of Jesus Christ. After enduring countless medical treatments with no relief, Tara's meeting with Savita, a compassionate Hope India Mission believer, changed her life forever. Savita's husband, a devoted pastor, prayed fervently for Tara, and within aweek, she experienced a complete healing. Overwhelmed by this miraculous intervention, Tara embraced Jesus as the living God and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.
Tara's newfound faith had a profound impact on her mother, who witnessed the undeniable transformation in her daughter's life. Inspired by the divine healing she had experienced, Tara's mother also accepted Jesus and renounced her business of selling harmful substances. Although this decision caused financial setbacks, her heart rejoiced in knowing she was no longer contributing to the harm of others. Tara's vibrant faith and evangelistic fervor have since led many to the church and brought the love and compassion of Christ into their lives.
Hope India Mission celebrate this extraordinary journey of faith, healing, and family transformation. Hope India Mission is dedicated to serving marginalized communities, specifically the poor Dalit and Musahar communities affected by leprosy. Through various initiatives such as free meals, adult literacy classes, and medical checkups, the mission has become a beacon of hope for those who have been ostracized by society. This report highlights the success of these projects and invites partners to join in the mission's transformative work.
Project 1: Leprosy Colony Support:
This initiative provides essential support to over a hundred individuals affected by leprosy, who have long been stigmatized and marginalized. Through free meals, adult literacy classes, and medical checkups, the mission offers practical assistance to improve their physical and mental well-being. Moreover, this project also extends its reach to embrace other marginalized groups, including the Dalits, thereby fostering a sense of unity and inclusivity. |  | Project 2: Musahar Children Literacy and Feeding Program:
Another vital initiative undertaken by Hope India Mission is the Musahar Children Literacy and Feeding Program. This project targets one of the most impoverished and socially neglected communities, providing non formal education and nutritious meals to drop out children in need. By addressing the immediate education and physical needs of these children, the mission creates a pathway for holistic transformation.
